Just Breathe Candles

im hoping to provide a place where those of us that are caring for a loved one can share experiences, thoughts, ideas and resources. ive had my own personal struggles brought on by my own self-destructive behaviors and now to compound that i and my brother and sister are helping my dad with his dementia. im an rn, i have worked in hospice, icu, ltac. ive seen first hand the difficulties of loved ones dealing with parents with altzeimers or some form of dementia. its sad, heart breaking and taxing on the care givers. i hope we can share, commiserate, laugh and cry as we travel on this journey.

now this is a work in progress as this 64 yr old tries to manage social media and the intricacies of posting, tagging and whatever else you young folks seem to understand naturally.

so i am selling candles as a side hustle, a word that to me used to be called a second job, but i started doing this to help me thru my own struggles, then i brought my 87 yr old father to little rock from san antonio. he was living on his own but can no longer manage on his own, so this will be our journey.
